Serving as a practice lead and senior associate, Mr. Donlin joins the OPEN MINDS team of 150+ leading industry advisors with extensive market knowledge and management experience in the sectors of the health and human service field serving complex consumers.

Darryl Donlin, LCSW, MBA, brings over thirty years of health system innovation to his new role at OPEN MINDS. Prior to joining the OPEN MINDS consulting practice, Mr. Donlin served as the Vice President of Network Operations for New Directions Behavioral Health. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing a 30+ member department, responsible for contract management, network development, provider relations, and provider credentialing. His expertise includes managed care program operations, marketing strategy, marketing planning, and marketing management. Mr. Donlin also specializes in business development and customer relationship management, as well as clinical program design and development.
