New Hampshire Senate Amendment To HB 400 Of 2017 To Require DHHS To Develop A 10-Year Plan For Mental Health Services
On April 21, 2017, the New Hampshire Senate released this amendment for House Bill 400 of 2017 to require DHHS to develop a 10-year plan for mental health services. The amendment would also, in the near term, expand the number of community mental health beds.
The amendments to HB 400 were proposed by state senator Jeb Bradley who has also introduced Senate Bill 220 to change the definition of mental illness for the purpose of involuntary commitment to include ingestion of opioid substances . . .
