Presidential Memorandum — Mental Health & Substance Use Disorder Parity Task Force

On March 29, 2016, President Obama established a federal Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Parity Task Force to coordinate across federal agencies to identify and promote development of policies to support parity, particularly with regard to substance use disorder treatment.
