San Francisco Launches New Database To Improve & Streamline Services For Homeless People
The County of San Francisco is rolling out a new database to coordinate assessment and referral for people experiencing homelessness. The database, called the Online Navigation and Entry (ONE) System, has been implemented in May 2017 in the City of San Francisco, and training is in process for the county-wide roll out. Full implementation is expected by the summer of 2018. The goal of the new ONE System is to improve and streamline referral to community services.
