Fulton County, Georgia Approves Non-Waiver Self-Pay Model For Adults With Developmental Disabilities

On February 3, 2016, the Fulton County, Georgia, Commissioners approved a proposal to allow adults with developmental disabilities not receiving Medicaid home- and community-based services (HCBS) to pay for the same set of services on a fee-for-service basis.
