71% Of People In North Carolina SMI Housing Program Remain Housed After Two Years
As of February 2019, about 71% of North Carolina Medicaid beneficiaries participating in a supportive housing program for people with serious mental illness (SMI) have remained in housing for two years. The program is called Transitions to Community Living Initiative (TCLI); it was launched by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) in 2013.
