California’s San Diego County Releases RFP For Community-Based Addictions Recidivism Reduction Program
On August 2, 2017, California's San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency released a request for proposal (RFP) for the operation of the Community-Based Services and Recidivism Reduction (CoSRR) Program – focused on reducing justice system involvement for consumer with addictions. The CoSRR program is a new program for the County.
