University Of Tennessee To Pilot Residential Program For Students With Intellectual, Developmental Disabilities

The University of Tennessee (UT) recently announced that it is launching a pilot residential program for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). The pilot will add to the services UT already offers through FUTURE< its nonresidential vocational certificate program.

Students in the new two-to-three year program will have access to take FUTURE classes, audit undergraduate courses, and be placed in a work-based internship on or off the UT campus.
