Press Ganey Adds To Consumer Experience Portfolio With $65 Million Acquisition

Press Ganey recently announced it has acquired HealthStream’s consumer experience and engagement businesses. The $65.5 million acquisition will add to Health Ganey’s current pool of more than 26,000 health care organization clients.

As part of the purchase, and under a second seven-year agreement between the two organizations, HealthStream will offer Press Ganey’s curriculum, courses, and accompanying certificate programs on its workforce development program.
