Indiana Announces New Online Portal & Residential Addiction Treatment Program
The Indiana Family and Social Service Administration (FSSA) recently announced it is launching two new initiatives in order to combat addiction disorder. The effort will focus on the opioid epidemic, in particular.
The first initiative is a new feature on the state’s recovery site that allows Hoosiers to find addiction disorder treatment providers that are certified by the state’s Division of Mental Health and Addiction. Additionally, the portal will provide visitors with information on acceptable payment types, as well as whether or not treatment facilities are located near public transportation.
