Cerner and naviHealth recently announced they are extending their partnership to launch an electronic health record (EHR)-agnostic tool for bundled payments. naviHealth provides post acute care management solutions in the United States, and is a leading value-base care partner to health systems and provider organizations.
It is expected that the new offering will support affordable and accessible health care that is centered around the individual health care consumer. By doing such, the two organizations hope to empower their clients to provide better health experiences and outcomes. Cerner and naviHealth have been working together for five years on the new offering, which is anticipated to launch January 2020.
Cerner Corporation provides health care information technology solutions and services in the United States and internationally. The organization’s offerings include Cerner Millennium architecture; the HealtheIntent platform, a cloud-based platform that enables organizations to aggregate, transform, and reconcile data across the continuum of care; electronic health record agnostic platform CareAware; and others.
