Nebraska Medicaid Contract: WellCare Health Plan – January 1, 2017

Nebraska’s Medicaid managed care program is called Heritage Health. The three plans deliver physical health, behavioral health, and pharmacy benefits to all populations. The plans are available statewide and enrollees have a choice of plans.
