Kentucky Medicaid Contract: WellCare Health Insurance Co. of Kentucky, Inc. – January 1, 2021

Kentucky contracts with five health plans to deliver physical health and behavioral health benefits for most populations, including families and children, Medicaid expansion adults, and aged and disabled adults. Kentucky has contracts for five health plans.

This Kentucky Medicaid Contract is for WellCare Health Insurance Co. of Kentucky, Inc., effective January 1, 2021.
