Natasha Walsh, MSW, LCSW, is a senior executive leader experienced in guiding organizations through the critical development and improvement initiatives and contributing to the evolution of integrated healthcare. Ms. Walsh provides strategic planning, system development, and process improvement to health and human service organizations.rnrnMs. Walsh is currently the Chief Learning Officer of Providence Service Corporation, a global health and human service provider and a publicly-traded company. In this position, she leads a team of internal stakeholders and consultants in leadership development strategies, including focused learning, coaching culture, and team acceleration. She is also responsible for facilitating the transition of an organizational structure from a decentralized, federated model to a shared services, matrix model.rnrnPreviously, Ms. Walsh served as the Vice President of Organizational Learning and as the Director of the Corporate University of Providence. In this role, Ms. Walsh was responsible for an over $800,000 budget and supervised a team of seven professionals.
