Natasha Walsh, MSW, LCSW, is a senior executive leader experienced in guiding organizations through the critical development and improvement initiatives and contributing to the evolution of integrated healthcare. Ms. Walsh provides strategic planning, system development, and process improvement to health and human service organizations.rnrnMs. Walsh is currently the Chief Learning Officer of Providence Service Corporation, a global health and human service provider and a publicly-traded company. In this position, she leads a team of internal stakeholders and consultants in leadership development strategies, including focused learning, coaching culture, and team acceleration. She is also responsible for facilitating the transition of an organizational structure from a decentralized, federated model to a shared services, matrix model.rnrnPreviously, Ms. Walsh served as the Vice President of Organizational Learning and as the Director of the Corporate University of Providence. In this role, Ms. Walsh was responsible for an over $800,000 budget and supervised a team of seven professionals. She also partnered with executives and leaders across the company to align strategic goals and efforts. She oversaw an Evidence-Based Practice Program that provided program improvement and implementation support to local programs.rnrnMs. Walsh excels in strategic planning, where she helps to pair long-term visions with short-term action plans allowing organizations to respond to new opportunities quickly. She helps to determine the ‘next six steps’ to keep organizations moving in a productive direction. She is certified in the Korn-Ferry Leadership Architect Competency Model, where she assists companies in applying a research-backed method of identifying core competencies for leadership roles and develop a system of performance development plans for succession planning.rnrnHer experience also includes developing a Corporate University, an award-winning leadership development program, a company-wide Best Practice Replication Process, and successful alliances with universities to create practice-based evidence models and research-based quality improvement programs.rnrnMs. Walsh holds a Master of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
