Matthew Healy brings over 5 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design to the OPEN MINDS team. He currently serves as OPEN MINDS Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, he is responsible for leading the development and implementation of annual online marketing strategies and tactics for OPEN MINDS. In addition, he provides insight and expertise with social media engagement, user experience and marketing tactics to further expand OPEN MINDS outreach.
Before joining OPEN MINDS, Mr. Healy served as a Circular Page Coordinator, with AHOLD, USA, in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. In this role, he used creative design to develop weekly advertisements for the production of products sold by AHOLD. Additionally, he led the management of creative projects for other pages to enhance audience engagement.
Previously, Mr. Healy served as Graphic Designer for Quad/Graphics, a global marketing services provider. In this role, he developed weekly circulars and product-driven marketing materials for Giant Food Stores, Stop & Shop, and Martin’s Foods.
Before joining Quad/Graphics, Mr. Healy was a Design and Marketing Intern with the Reading Royals ice hockey team, in Reading, Pennsylvania. In this role, he designed and developed both written and digital advertisements to promote the team in the community and to grow a larger audience market.
Mr. Healy also held an internship with Sweet Wrappings as a Design and Front End Development Intern, Sweet Wrappings, a candy personalized wrapping company owned by Hershey’s, is located in Palmyra, Pennsylvania. In this role, he developed a front-end, digital design program for the company’s website and focused on advertising and product promotion via social media outlets.
Mr. Healy received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Digital Communications with a concentration in design, from Lebanon Valley College. During this time, he was the Co-President of Kalo Creative, a student operated, adverting agency, where he oversaw project production for clients located both on and off campus.
