Jordan Adams brings over five years of experience in administration and customer service to the OPEN MINDS team. Ms. Adams is a Consultant in OPEN MINDS Consulting Practice where she serves as a research analyst for a number of client engagements. Her areas of expertise include customer service, market research, sales operations management, and technical writing.
Before joining OPEN MINDS, Ms. Adams served as a Sales Control Manager for Boscov’s Department Store in Plymouth Meeting, PA. In this role, she was responsible for managing the store’s sales control and customer service departments. She also led all loss and prevention activities including conducting monthly audits, personnel interviews, and handling policy violations.
Ms. Adams previously served as a Customer Service and Cash Office Department Lead with the Boscov chain of stores in Meridian, CT. In this role, she was responsible for managing all internal and external customer service activities as well as back office administration and money handling. During her tenure with Boscov’s, Ms. Adams received a number of company awards for excelling in customer service.
Previously, Ms. Adams held a number of positions at Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, PA where she served as a Community Advisor and as a Barista in the dining services department.
Ms. Adams received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, PA.
