Caitlyn Halliburton brings over 5 years of experience as an educator and writer to the OPEN MINDS team. Her areas of expertise include education and curriculum planning, proposal and grant writing, marketing strategy, and communications development.rnrnMs. Halliburton is a Teach for America Corps Member and currently, serves as an English Educator at the South Dade Senior High School in Florida. In this role, she creates unit and daily lesson plans. She manages over 150 students’ participation, behavior, and understanding of content. Ms. Halliburton also tracks and analyzes to create and execute lessons for varying reading levels and learning styles.rnrnPreviously, Ms. Halliburton served as a Production Specialist for Naked Lime. In this role, she proofread marketing campaigns in both Spanish and English to ensure quality and legal compliance. She also copy-edited and loaded more than forty campaigns daily through CMS software and launched campaigns through CMS application directly to clients’ customer database.rnrnBefore joining Naked Lime, Ms. Halliburton was a Tutor for Texas State University. In this role, she helped strengthen more than fifty students’ written and verbal communication skills. She revised policies and procedures to improve client experience and overall growth. Ms. Halliburton also helped supervise the receptionist desk whenever she was needed.rnrnIn addition, Ms. Halliburton also serves as a Copywriter for Beauty For Real, a natural makeup and beauty line based in Miami, Florida. Her role is to collaborate with the graphic design team to produce brand-appropriate material and to analyze consumer reports to develop creative marketing strategies.
