Brittney Shindledecker has over five years of experience working as a marketing and management consultant in the health and human services field. She currently serves as the Vice President of Consulting for the OPEN MINDS team. In this role, she is responsible for managing OPEN MINDS team of industry professionals and advisory board as well as all consulting practice project management functions.
Before her role as Vice President of Consulting, Ms. Shindledecker was a Senior Consultant in the OPEN MINDS Consulting Practice where she specialized in strategy for marketing, advertising, and communications. In this role she led the firm’s marketing-focused projects including comprehensive product launch initiatives, corporate and product re-branding/positioning projects, and website and online marketing programs. In addition, she developed and executed online marketing strategies and campaigns for a number of clients throughout the health and human services industry. Ms. Shindledecker was also responsible for managing all OPEN MINDS client webinars including scheduling, promoting and hosting all executive briefings for sponsors and on behalf of its clients.
Prior to this, Ms. Shindledecker served as one of the organization’s Research Analysts. In this role, Ms. Shindledecker supported OPEN MINDS in the production of its research and consulting practice deliverables and proposals. She partnered with the firm’s consultants by conducting research for clients and helped edit, format, and produce client deliverables.
Prior to joining the firm as a Research Assistant, Ms. Shindledecker worked as a Publications Intern where she drafted articles for the Weekly News Wire, designed web pages, and served as a point of contact for organizations contributing information. She also wrote report summaries for the Industry Resource database.
Ms. Shindledecker received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
