Winning Proposal: Washington Awards Refugee School Impact Program Administrator Services Contract to School’s Out Washington

Washington Department of Social and Health Services awarded a contract to School’s Out Washington to serve as the statewide program administrator for the Refugee School Impact Program, a federally funded service that supports the adjustment, integration, and academic achievement of recently arrived refugee school children (ages 5-18) and their families. Vivian Palmer Consulting also responded to this solicitation.
