Winning Proposal: Louisiana Awards Administrative and Fiduciary Services for Persons Living With HIV Contract to HIV/AIDS Alliance for Region Two (HAART)

Louisiana Department of Health, Office of Public Health, STD/HIV Program awarded a contract to HIV/AIDS Alliance for Region Two (HAART) to act as a program administrator and fiduciary agent for the statewide Health Insurance Program (HIP) for persons living with HIV.
