Winning Proposal: California’s San Diego County Awards Suicide Prevention Action Plan and Advisory Council Facilitation Services Contract to Community Health Improvement Partners

California’s San Diego County Health and Human Services, Department of Behavioral Health Services awarded a contract to Community Health Improvement Partners to update the San Diego County Suicide Prevention Action Plan, October 2011 (Action Plan), disseminate the Action Plan to increase understanding and awareness of suicide, and implement strategic initiatives for the prevention of suicide.
