Winning Proposal: California Awards Multiple Contracts for In-Prison Single Level Substance Abuse Treatment Services

California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Division of Rehabilitative Programs awarded multiple contracts to provide in-prison single level substance abuse treatment (SAT) services. The SAT Program is designed for offenders who demonstrate the willingness to maintain appropriate behavior to take advantage of such programming and for offenders who have been referred to the program based upon substance use or possession infractions.
