Winning Proposal: Alaska Awards Substance Abuse Treatment Services Contract to The Salvation Army

Alaska Department of Corrections, Division of Health and Rehabilitation Services awarded a contract to The Salvation Army to provide substance abuse treatment services in South Central, Alaska. Cook Inlet Tribal Council also responded to this solicitation.
