Winning Proposal: Utah’s Salt Lake County Awards Mental Health Service Delivery Performance Audit Services to TAP International, Inc.

Utah’s Salt Lake County awarded a contract to provide an independent performance audit of the delivery of mental health services to Medicaid qualified and certain uninsured low-income persons to TAP International, Inc. The contractor will evaluate the effectiveness of the present County service delivery model, determine strengths and weaknesses, and evaluate the recent decisions made by all parties in response to budget reductions and funding cuts.
