Pennsylvania’s Montgomery County Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities awarded a contract to assess, plan, and develop a person-centered community behavioral health home model of care that will support the changes being afforded by the Affordable Care Act to the Center for Health Care Strategies, Inc.
