North Carolina’s City of Graham Seeks Comprehensive Plan

North Carolina’s City of Graham awarded a contract to provide professional planning services for the development of a new comprehensive plan to Clarion Associates. The new comprehensive plan should be based on a common vision developed from input from the community. The City envisions that developing a new comprehensive plan will be a collaborative effort between the consultant, staff, the Steering Committee, and the community.
