North Carolina Seeks Workforce Investment Act Services

North Carolina’s Fayetteville Technical Community College awarded a contract to provide Workforce Investment Act and Wagner-Peyser Act services for Cumberland County employers, unemployed or underemployed adults, and dislocated workers to ResCare Workforce Services.
