New York Medicaid Contract: HIP of Greater New York – January 1, 2019

New York has two major statewide managed care programs. The Mainstream Medicaid Managed Care Program (MMMC) are full-risk health plans that provide physical and behavioral benefits to families and expansion adults who do not need long-term services and supports (LTSS). The Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) program are capitated health plans that provide limited physical health services and LTSS to individuals needing 120 days or more of home and community-based services (HCBS).

This New York Medicaid Contract is for HIP of Greater New York, signed January 1, 2019.
