Minnesota Seeks Foster Youth Intervention System Consulting Services

Minnesota Department of Human Services, Child Safety and Permanency Division awarded a contract to develop a new intervention system for foster youth and young adults with a history of foster care to prevent homelessness to The Improve Group. The contractor will produce a comprehensive readiness assessment that will identify reforms needed in current programs and recommendations for additional services, tools, and partnerships that will mitigate the likelihood of experiencing homelessness for current and former foster youth.
