Winning Proposal: Illinois Awards Quality Assurance and Monitoring for Community Health and Prevention Programs Contract to Springfield Urban League

Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Community Health and Prevention (DCHP) seeks a contractor to perform quality assurance functions, provide technical assistance, and conduct compliance monitoring and fiscal oversight activities and perform program management and perform information processing to support DCHP programs. Some of the programs are health, family support, youth development, substance abuse prevention, and violence prevention and intervention.
