California’s Los Angeles County Seeks Gender-Responsive Rehabilitation Program for Female Offenders

California’s Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department awarded a contract to provide a recurring gender-responsive rehabilitation program for female offenders with the intent of creating a framework that understands the path to criminality for female offenders with the goal of promoting female offenders successful rehabilitation and reintegration into society thus reducing recidivism to Haight Ashbury Free Clinics, Inc.
