California Seeks Community Services and Supports Tracking, Monitoring, and Evaluation System

California Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission awarded a contract for demonstrated success performing large-scale evaluations of mental health systems to develop and pilot a system to track, monitor, and evaluate client outcomes within the Community Services and Supports component of the Mental Health Services Act to University of California San Diego, Health Services Research Center.
