California Seeks Adult Day Rehab Outpatient Services

California’s Santa Clara Valley Health and Hospital System, Mental Health Department awarded a contract to provide structured psychiatric day treatment services in a board and care home environment to Momentum for Mental Health. These services will provide individualized treatment and recovery services for individuals with severe mental illness disorders. Services will be community-based, family-centered, culturally competent, recovery oriented, trauma informed, and developmentally appropriate. The structured psychiatric day rehabilitation services will provide on-site psychosocial rehabilitation and skill acquisition activities.
