California Announces Program Development Grant Funding – Area Board 4

California State Council on Developmental Disabilities awarded a contract the Program Development Grant to TransCen, Inc. The purpose of this grant is to address one or more of the goals and/or objectives of the State Plan in Solano, Napa, and Sonoma County.
