California's San Bernardino Department of Behavioral Health seeks a contractor to provide a proposed plan for the provision of crisis intervention and crisis stabilization activities to residents of San Bernardino County who reside primarily in the High Desert (in the vicinity of the Victor Valley) and the Eastern Desert (in the vicinity of the Morongo Basin), but not excluding any resident of San Bernardino County or resident individuals on conservatorship.
