OPEN MINDS To Launch New Seminar On Organizational Competencies & Best Practices In Health Plan Contract Management As Part Of Its 2019 Performance Management Institute

(October 21, 2018) – OPEN MINDS announced the details of its upcoming executive seminar, Thriving With Managed Care: An OPEN MINDS Executive Seminar On Organizational Competencies & Best Practices In Health Plan Contract Management, which will kick off The 2018 OPEN MINDS Performance Management Institute on February 13, 2019 from 9:00am – 12:00pm. The event will return to the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in Clearwater Beach, Florida from February 14-15, 2018.
In this seminar, Richard Louis, III, OPEN MINDS Senior Associate & Advisory Board Member, will present essential best management practices and the internal departmental supports necessary to succeed in a high volume and outcomes driven managed care environment. Mr. Louis will discuss:

- Development of winning marketing strategies and account management to drive and maintain maximum referral volume
- Customer focused care coordination for effective continued stay reviews, treatment updates and discharge planning
