Gettysburg, Pa. (February 17, 2019) — OPEN MINDS announces, Heidi Holman, Senior Associate, OPEN MINDS, will be presenting, “Consumer Reviews: How to Increase the Positive and Handle the Negative,” at NatCon19 on March 25-27, 2019. This three-day conference will be held at the Gaylord Opryland & Convention Center, in Nashville Tennessee.

“What people say about your organization online is often the first experience that new consumers have with you,” said Ms. Holman. “Do you know what your clients are saying about you? What is your strategy to monitor and improve your online reputation? My session at the National Council for Behavioral Health’s annual conference will illustrate for attendees:

  • The importance of searching for online reviews to understand how consumers perceive your organization
  • The impact of reviews and how your organization should handle negative ones
  • Proactive steps your organization can take to prevent or mitigate bad reviews as well as how to secure positive reviews”

Ms. Holman brings over 10 years of experience in marketing communications, brand management, and advertising across various industries to the OPEN MINDS team. Ms. Holman’s six years of experience as the Marketing Director for Camelot Care Centers, a state-wide social services provider organization in Tennessee, gave her strategic insight to the importance of online reputation management.
