“I’m thrilled to join the faculty for this year’s exciting Leading Age Wisconsin Annual Fall Conference,” said Ms. Oss. “My goal is to brief the attending executives on both the shift to value-based reimbursement—and the executive competencies and leadership approaches needed to success in the coming years. The changes ahead are a function of demgraphics, federal policy, and contracting models. There are significant opportunities for the organization that is positioned and prepared.”
