Gettysburg, Pa. (March 24, 2019) — OPEN MINDS announced that Stacy DiStefano, Chief Operating Officer, OPEN MINDS, will be presenting, “Thriving in a New Landscape: Essential Competencies for I/DD Executives and the Organizations They Lead,” at The Emerging Payor and Business Models in I/DD Services Forum, hosted by Institute on Public Policy for People with Disabilities on March 27-28, 2019. This two-day forum for I/DD leaders will be held at the Doubletree Hotel, Alsip in Chicago, Illinois.

Ms. DiStefano brings over 20 years of experience in business development, strategy, and executive leadership to the OPEN MINDS team. Before joining the OPEN MINDS team, Ms. DiStefano served as the Vice President of Innovation for Resources for Human Development (RHD) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Recognized for her clinical acumen with a deep understanding of SPMI and I/DD population, Ms. DiStefano has a proven ability to understand conflicting interests and build consensus.
