(March 17, 2019) – OPEN MINDS has announced the details of its upcoming post-institute executive seminar: How To Reduce Your Unit Costs When Market Rates Go Down: An OPEN MINDS Executive Seminar On Reengineering Unit Costs. The session will take place on August 14, 2019 from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM. The 2019 OPEN MINDS Management Best Practices will again return to the Hilton Long Beach in Long Beach, California, from August 12 – 15, 2019.
This is the only seminar designed to help executive teams serving the complex consumer market manage unit costs and redesign their processes and infrastructure to support the changing market rates in a competitive, value-based market.
