Gettysburg, Pa. (November 11, 2018) – OPEN MINDS announced that their highly anticipated executive summit, The OPEN MINDS Health Plan Partnership Summit: A Guide To Developing & Negotiating Partnership Agreements With Health Plans, will be held on February 13, 2019 from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. The agenda is designed to help executives of provider organizations understand the needs of payers, re-frame their services and programs into “solutions” for health plans, and build mutually beneficial partnerships with payers in their market.
This year’s summit will feature informative case study presentations led by health plan executives who will discuss how their organization is managing the shift to value-based care; what they are looking for from their provider organization partners in terms of performance and program models; and examples of current provider organization partnerships. The day’s agenda will conclude with a town hall discussion, where attendees will have a chance to talk with our health presenters, ask questions about their partnership opportunities, and discuss their perspective on the future of the value-based care market.
“For provider organization executive teams securing new partnership opportunities with payers is a challenging—but essential—goal in the current value-based market,” Said OPEN MINDS chief executive officer Monica E. Oss. “This summit, exclusively designed for provider organization executives, will cover everything leadership teams need to know to develop and negotiate partnership agreements with health plans. The agenda is designed to help executives of provider organizations understand the needs of payers, re-frame their services and programs into ‘solutions’ for health plans, and build mutually beneficial partnerships with the payers in their market.”
Deb Adler, Senior Associate with OPEN MINDS, will lead the summit, bringing more than 20 years of experience in executive health care roles, serving in a variety of capacities including network executive, quality management executive and chief operating officer, to the OPEN MINDS team.
