Meta-Leadership Framework For Leadership Effectiveness – Free New Program From The OPEN MINDS Management Monday Series
GETTYSBURG, Pa. (January 21, 2018) — OPEN MINDS has announced a new coffee break case study program, “Meta-Leadership Framework For Leadership Effectiveness,” featuring Senior Associate and former executive director for Adult & Child Mental Health Center, Inc., Robert Dunbar, MPA, M.Ed. The free webinar will take place as part of OPEN MINDS Management Monday series on Monday, February 5, at 1:00 pm ET.
“Leadership is increasingly complex with organizations forming strategic alliances, outsourcing services, operating within flatter non-hierarchical management structures, and employing a diverse multi-generational workforce,” said Robert Dunbar, Senior Associate, OPEN MINDS. “This webinar will provide a framework for navigating complex situations by pulling together collective knowledge, expertise, and resources to accomplish what may otherwise be unattainable.”
Mr. Dunbar brings more than 40 years of senior-level management and administrative experience spanning the health and human service field. Currently he serves as the Co-Chair of the Mental Health Corporation of America’s Health Care Reform/Care Coordination Committee. His expertise includes executive team succession planning and transition management, strategic planning, board recruitment, governance, and engagement, as well as operation policy and procedure development.
