GETTYSBURG, Pa. (December 2, 2018) – On Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 1:00pm ET, OPEN MINDS Chief Executive Officer, Monica E. Oss and Advisory Board Member, John Talbot Ph.D, will lead the fourth OPEN MINDS Circle Elite web briefing of 2018, “Collaboration, Connectivity & Complexity: Building A New Leadership Framework For A Value-Based Market.” This exclusive, Elite members-only web briefing will focus on building a fresh leadership framework and best practice approach for models of standardization to succeed in a value-based market.

“Outdated services are in danger. Recent mergers, acquisitions, and partnership have “melted” the previously clear lines between traditional stakeholder roles. And when things melt, you never know what shape they will take. The shift in the value chain means that many organizations need to rethink their market position in some very fundamental ways,” said Ms. Oss. “The impact of these changes will vary by geography, by consumer type, and by specialty. But, these are the forces that every executive team needs to consider in their strategy for long-term sustainability. We’re looking forward to discussing this in more detail with our elite members.”

The web briefing will cover five key areas:

  1. Identify the key drivers that are changing market landscapes
  2. Locate the strategic effects of integration and rebalance sustainability in the value chain
  3. Restructure your management model to build a healthy service line portfolio through adaptive standardization
  4. Integrate innovated service technologies to lead a complex environment
  5. Develop nine distinct leadership competencies needed for adaptive response
