Measurable Client Outcomes – A Provider’s Journey Continues
This presentation was delivered on June 2, 2020 at The 2020 OPEN MINDS Strategy & Innovation Institute. In the presentation, the speakers discussed how they have implemented measurement-based care for consumers with complex behavioral challenges. Their model is based on a five-step process—identify the consumer behaviors that are problematic and need to change; develop a goal for behavior change; select an “intervention” (from an empirically-based list of practice options); develop a plan for integrating the intervention into a consumer care plan; and measure the effectiveness of the intervention.
