CMS Section 1135 Waiver Flexibilities – Wyoming Coronavirus Disease 2019
On March 27, 2020, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services approved the state of Wyoming’s request for a federal Section 1135 waiver to waive certain Medicaid requirements during the national public health emergency declared on March 13, 2020 due to coronavirus.
