Founded in 1999, Allies, Inc. is an non-profit organization dedicated to providing housing, health care active treatment, meaningful employment, and recreational opportunities to children and adults with intellectual, developmental, and acquired disabilities including, including autism, blindness, cerebral palsy, deafness, Sturge-Weber Disorder, Down syndrome, Praeder-Wili disorder, Cornelia DeLange disorder,  multiple sclerosis, perceptual and neurological disabilities, physical disabilities, spina bifida, and traumatic brain injury. Allies identifies their purpose as “A world where limitation does not distinguish nor define,” and their core values as “quality, respect, advocacy, accountability, and courage . . .
