New Jersey Launch Presentation For Money Follows the Person Housing Partnership Program

In this document released in December 2015, the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (HMFA), an affiliate of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA), together with New Jersey DHS, Division of Aging Services (DoAs) announced the launch of the the Money Follows the Person Housing Partnership Program (MFPHPP).
