Department Of Justice Indictment Of Former Outcome Health Employees
On November 21, 2019, the federal Department of Justice (DOJ) filed this indictment of former employees of Outcome Health. The company, previously known as ContextMedia, engaged in "point-of-care" health care advertising. The former employees are accused of falsifying data to inflate the company's financial performance, which then using the false performance data to materially misrepresented the company's health to investors and lenders.
