Illinois DJJ RFP 22029311 Seeking Comprehensive Medical & Mental Health Services For Youth Centers

On March 8, 2013, the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) awarded a five-year comprehensive medical and mental health services contract valued at $46 million to Correctional Healthcare Companies, Inc. The contract period started March 29, 2013, and runs through March 28, 2018. DJJ has the option to renew for five additional years. The request for proposals (RFP 22029311) was released November 9, 2012. Proposals were due by December 20, 2012. DJJ received two responses, one from Correctional Healthcare Companies, Inc. and one from Wexford Health Sources.
