The Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) Division of Procurement released the request for proposals (RFP IKAA2015000073) on October 17, 2014. Proposals were due by November 19, 2014. In the awards announcement, the state did not mention how many responses were received. The services are funded through the 1991 Senate Bill 94 regarding the juvenile detention continuum.
